Description
Job Responsibilities
- Uses evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for youth in care.
- Establishes medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services.
- Provides skill-building (case management) services to meet Core requirements.
- Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions, and therapeutic groups as required.
- Provides CFTSS services according to treatment needs.
- Assists children/youth in developing skills as defined on treatment goals.
- Provides psychiatric supports to youth and families.
- Willing to work in a community-based position.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
- License required: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW.
- 1-5 years of experience, depending on the program.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
Salary:
- Limited Permit: $67,500 annually
- Licensed under 2 years' experience: $70,000 annually
- Over 2 years' experience: $72,500 annually
- Over 5 years' experience: $76,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible hours, evening work expected, 40-hour work week.
