$5,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated for part-time employees) for newly hired social workers, budgeted to work 24 hours per week or more.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
CHA’s Health Improvement Team (HIT) works together with healthcare providers, residents, community-based organizations, and city leadership to assess health status, determine priorities, build action plans, and provide leadership around health issues that impact the community.

Summary:
Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of an assigned caseload of clients, providing a range of psychosocial care. Works at one or more service sites under social work clinical supervision and administrative supervision at the service site or in the service line.

Requirements:

  • Current MA licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • Work Experience: Minimum of clinical internship training or job experience in clinical human service work with a population specific to the service site.
