The Licensed Clinician/Social Worker is responsible for providing clinical services to youth and families consistent with the agency's mission, vision, and values. This position offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000.

Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Uses evidence-based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care.
  • Establishes medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services.
  • Provides skill-building (case management) services to meet Core requirements.
  • Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions, and therapeutic groups with all youth and/or families as required by agency policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Provides CFTSS services according to treatment needs.
  • Assists children/youth in developing skills as defined on treatment goals.
  • Provides psychiatric supports to youth and families.
  • Willingness to work in a community-based position.
Job Requirements
  • A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure or limited permit eligibility is required. LCSW strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health, child welfare, or a residential setting working with at-risk youth is required.
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
  • Ability to work effectively with economically and culturally diverse populations.
  • Capacity to engage with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.
Schedule

Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule, including evening hours. 40-hour work week.
