Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinician to assist in directing and coordinating aspects of the Fresno Bridge Program.
The role involves ensuring policy compliance, guiding staff therapeutically, and supporting the Clinical Director in program implementation. The position is part-time (8–12 hours per week) and requires an active license (LCSW, MFT, Psychologist, or Psychiatrist) with at least 2 years in healthcare, including mental health.
The Licensed Clinician assists in the direction and coordination of assigned aspects of programming. The Licensed Clinician ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Licensed Clinician helps in the supervision of program staff by providing therapeutic guidance. In addition, assists the Clinical Director in coordinating and implementing the core program.

Crestwood’s Fresno Bridge Program is a licensed adult residential facility and a California Department of Health Care Services-certified social rehabilitation program. Clients of the Bridge Program are preparing themselves to transition back into their communities and to independent living. In partnership with staff, they develop and implement an individualized recovery-based plan that focuses on wellness in personal and community living.
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:: $45 USD - $45 USD
