Qualifications

• Active Ohio licensure required: LCDC, LPC, or LSW.
• Experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, or behavioral health.
• Detox and/or residential experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-assessments and clinical screenings to determine appropriate level of care.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention for patients in early recovery.
