Steadfast Health in Cleveland, OH is seeking a dedicated professional to join our patient-centered team delivering evidence-based care for substance use disorders. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00, with one protected hour daily.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00. No nights, weekends, or on-call. One protected hour built into every day.

You’ll join a team that includes a Clinic Manager, Medical Assistant, Peer Recovery Specialist, Advanced Practice Provider, and Case Manager.

Compensation:$70,000-$80,000 W2 annual salary, based on experience and licensure with a 5% monthly performance bonus structure. This is a true salary: your pay is the same every pay period regardless of patient no-shows, cancellations, and a growing caseload never affects your paycheck.
