Job summary

Hygea Healthcare in Baltimore seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide high-quality clinical services in ASAM programs. The Licensed Clinical Therapist conducts biopsychosocial assessments, delivers individual, group, and family therapy, develops treatment plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and positive patient outcomes.

The role requires Maryland licensure and compliance with Medicaid, COMAR, ASAM, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part

Qualifications

• Current Maryland license in one of the following: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT; MSW/counseling degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments upon admission.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team and medical providers.
• Complete progress notes and clinical documentation within required timeframes.
• Assist with discharge planning and referrals.
