Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Oregon.
• 2+ years post-master's experience in behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide evidence-based treatment using CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
• Track treatment progress and document in electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and regulatory requirements.
