Job summary

Optum Behavioral Care in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team. This role offers hybrid or remote flexibility, allowing care delivery in person or via telehealth to meet patient needs in Bend, Redmond and surrounding areas.

You will provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload, screen and assess, and maintain compliant documentation. Master’s in a relevant field and an active Oregon license are required; 2+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license in Oregon (LCSW/LMFT/LPC).

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Maintain EMR and documentation in compliance with regulations.
