Job summary

Urban Counseling Collective, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Beaverton, Oregon to treat a diverse patient population. You will work within the Optum Behavioral Care team to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and maintain compliant medical records.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, delivering CBT/DBT therapies, and contributing to online directory profiles and outreach efforts. A valid Oregon license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
• 2+ years of professional experience post-master's providing behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Support profile creation for online directories and marketing efforts.
