Job summary

Brighter Heights Oklahoma is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy in a supportive medical setting. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful work serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating disorders, developing tailored treatment plans, delivering therapy, monitoring progress, and maintaining timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Sociology, or related field
• Licensed or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC)
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, internet-based systems)

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
