Job summary

BH Oklahoma is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Clinical Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy in a supportive medical setting. This full-time exempt role offers clinical autonomy and a flexible schedule to serve individuals with mental health and substance use needs.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a schedule of 30+ billable hours per week. The position supports professional growth with clinical supervision and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed or under supervision for licensure in Oklahoma (LPC, LBP, LMFT, LCSW, LADC).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, internet-based systems).

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time.
