Optum Behavioral Care in Ponte Vedra, FL seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to treat diverse mental health needs within our team.

Responsibilities include screening and diagnosing conditions, delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT), and maintaining compliant EMRs, with opportunities for growth and development within the Optum family. The role emphasizes collaborative care with PCPs and specialists and offers flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active, clear state license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in the practicing state.
• Minimum 2+ years of behavioral health experience post-master's.
• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.
• Experience using Excel, Outlook, and EHR systems like Athena RMS.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Occasional outreach to educate local clinics about services.

Responsabilités

• Screen and assess patients for mental health disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMR and documentation per regulations.
• Contribute to online profiles and marketing efforts.
• Occasional outreach to PCPs, neurology clinics, schools, and pain clinics.
