You will screen and assess patients, provide evidence-based therapies such as CBT/DBT, maintain EMR documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuous quality improvement.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) in state of practice.
• Experience providing behavioral health services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR and clinical documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing or care teams to share provider information.
