You will perform assessments, deliver evidence-based therapies, and maintain compliant medical records while contributing to patient growth and community marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCMFT(LMFT), LCPC, or LPC) in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Support patient growth through online directory profiles and marketing efforts.
