Job summary

Hope Springs Behavioral Health, a Maryland behavioral health provider, is seeking a Maryland LCPC to bring clinical expertise and leadership to our growing team.

Based in Baltimore with telehealth statewide, this hybrid role focuses on adult mental health, outpatient programs, and care coordination. You will lead assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, ensure quality documentation, and support the clinical staff within CARF-accredited services.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing.
• Master's degree in counseling or another qualifying behavioral health discipline.
• Experience working with adults with mental health conditions.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in outpatient mental health, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, or community mental health strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation and behavioral health expertise across our adult programs
• Participate in assessments and clinical reviews within licensure and program requirements
• Support development and review of individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Identify clinical concerns and risks and ensure appropriate escalation and follow-up
• Support staff in understanding diagnoses, symptoms, functional needs, and interventions
• Review documentation for clinical quality, consistency, and compliance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation and service coordination
• Comply with HIPAA, Maryland Medicaid requirements, COMAR, and applicable professional standards

Job description

Hope Springs Behavioral Health is hiring a Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to bring clinical expertise, sound judgment, and behavioral health leadership to our growing team.

We are a Maryland behavioral health provider serving adults and families in Baltimore, Waldorf, and statewide through telehealth. We are licensed by the Maryland Behavioral Health Administration and accredited by CARF. Our services include an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, Intensive Outpatient Programming at Level 2.1 both in person and virtually, substance use disorder treatment, and Health Home care coordination.

Compensation

$78,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure standing.

What you will do
