Optum Behavioral Care in Severna Park, Maryland is seeking a Licensed Clinical Behavioral Therapist to join our team. You’ll treat a broad range of mental health conditions reflecting our diverse patient population and contribute to our mission to make healthcare better for everyone.

Responsibilities include screening, therapy (CBT, DBT and evidence‑based methods), documenting in EMR, and supporting growth through online profile development.

Formación

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (Maryland) such as LCSW/LCSW-C/LCMFT/LCPC/LPC.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Support growth by contributing to patient profiles for online directories and marketing.
