Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT or other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to patient growth through online profiles and marketing.
