Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
- Must hold an active and unrestricted MI license (LMSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Provide treatment for mental health conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Form provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
