• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches including CBT/DBT.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers.
