Heron Ridge Associates, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Bingham Farms, MI. You will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions and coordinate care within the Optum Behavioral Care network to improve patient outcomes.

You will document electronically, form strong provider-patient relationships, and participate in a comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, retirement savings, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license in MI (LMSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using approaches including CBT and DBT.
• Maintain EMR and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Form strong provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers.
