Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team led by a physician.
• Provide individual psychotherapy to patients across age groups.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with developmental considerations.
• Assess psychosocial history and high-risk indicators; document findings.
• Coordinate with families and community agencies; ensure care linkage.
• Maintain licensure, attend CE, and complete performance evaluations.
• Record patient contacts and maintain clinical charts accurately.
