Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure as required by state board: WV LPC/LCSW/LCPC or psychologist or NP with psychiatric specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• State and federal background checks as required for regulated areas
• Two years of experience in Behavioral Health preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment and evaluation of clients across biopsychosocial domains.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community resource linkage.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans in patient records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to staff education and quality improvement initiatives.
