Job summary

Southeastern Integrated Care LLC in New Bern, NC, is seeking a Licensed Team Lead / Clinical Supervisor to oversee the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team's operations and staff, ensuring services meet the clinical needs of recipients in home or community settings across Carteret, Craven, and Onslow.

The role requires a master's degree in human services, a current mental health license (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT), and hands-on clinical experience with MH/SA populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services-related field.
• Mental health licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) required.
• Minimum 1 year of documented experience with MH/SA diagnosed population.
• Three years of clinical experience with SPMA; two years post-graduate (ACT only).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for recipients served.
• Designate appropriate staff for specialized clinical expertise.
• Coordinate initial and ongoing assessments of clinical needs.
• Develop and implement supervision plans and provide supervision.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings.
• Monitor services and provide clinical guidance to the team.
• Perform Intensive Case Management including linking services and referrals.
• Participate in PCP development and revisions; ensure PCP implementation.
• Spend time at service locations as defined in the service definition.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call first-responder system and coordinate resources.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure communication and PCP implementation.
• Conduct investigations into abuse/neglect/incidents risk to safety.
• Ensure timely initial and reauthorizations for services.
• Provide authorization information to LME/MCO and state vendors.
• Notify appropriate parties on denials/modifications and provide appeal materials.
• Document billable encounters in the EMR within 24 hours.
