Job summary

Kreate Talent is seeking a mission-driven Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join a new 24-hour Medical Treatment Center in Albuquerque, NM. The role oversees clinical operations, leads Case Managers, and ensures evidence-based care for individuals with SUDs and co-occurring mental health needs.

This full-time position offers a salary of $75,000–$83,000 annually, with 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO plus holidays, a 401(k) with full vesting after 4 years (100% match on

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in NM as LISW/LCSW/LMFT.
• Strong background in substance use treatment and trauma-informed care.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence, especially in high-stress settings.
• Familiarity with Credible EMR or similar documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Case Managers in day-to-day operations.
• Provide clinical oversight of patient care and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices.
• Deliver motivational interviewing and clinical intervention strategies.
• Coach case managers on triaging new client intakes and routing to appropriate level of care.
• Facilitate team discussions and trainings on emotional regulation, de-escalation, and workload optimization.
• Support staff in chart documentation standards using Credible EMR.
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers on co-occurring disorders treatment planning.
• Contribute to an environment of clinical growth, accountability, and compassion.
