Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is seeking a Lead Clinician for the La Jornada program to mentor and coordinate clinical services for minors in care. You will supervise clinicians, manage caseloads, and ensure documentation accuracy while traveling as needed to provide services to youth and families in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Master’s in social work or related field, state licensure, and at least two years of direct clinical experience with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or comparable behavioral science from an accredited institution.
• Must be licensed to provide clinical services and clinical supervision in the state where the care provider is located.
• Two (2) years of postgraduate direct clinical service delivery experience.
• Must have clinical supervision experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency.
• Driving personal vehicle with valid driver's license, vehicle in good working order, and adequate insurance.
• Proficient use of computers and software for word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to the clinical team at the assigned program.
• Manage caseloads of the clinical team.
• Approve clinical documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Train and supervise staff and provide ongoing training.
• Travel as needed to support services to youth and families.
• Provide case consultation and support to employees and cross-functional teams.
