Avenues Recovery Center Fort Wayne is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor to oversee the detox and residential program. Based in Fort Wayne, IN, you will support the Clinical Director, manage daily clinical operations, and ensure a warm, recovery-focused environment for clients.

You will also oversee documentation, compliance, and Utilization Review to support authorization and retention across treatment services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure to practice in Indiana: LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles.

What You'll Do
