Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN seeks a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential facility. You will lead daily clinical operations, guide the treatment program, and support a skilled team to maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment.

The role requires a Master's degree, at least 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital or residential settings, and licensed clinical credentials (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). Join us to advance patient care and staff development at a 54-bed program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital or residential settings.
• At least 3 years' experience with chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility.
• Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team with oversight and development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm, recovery-focused atmosphere.
• Ensure accurate and timely client documentation with Utilization Review collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function


• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap


• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development


• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere


• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred


• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients


• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
