Job summary

Applewood Centers, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Shift Supervisor to oversee crisis response within the Mobile Response Stabilization Program.

Under the Program Manager, you will receive 24/7 hotline calls and coordinate clinicians to respond in person or via video within one hour to assess youth and stabilize families. This role focuses on clinical supervision, scheduling and documentation with no productivity targets during crisis-driven shifts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Licensure: LISW, LPCC, LMFT required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience with youth and families in a mental health setting.
• Knowledge of the DSM-5 and diagnostic criteria; crisis intervention experience preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required and provided by agency.
• Valid driver’s license and agency-approved driving record for transporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision.
• Manage scheduling, programming and administration to maintain therapeutic programming during shift.
• Maintain agency required documents and reporting systems.
• Step in to cover clinical roles during staffing shortages to keep operations running.
• Maintain and complete clinical records in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Uphold client privacy and confidentiality per agency guidelines.
