Applewood Centers, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Shift Supervisor to oversee crisis response within the Mobile Response Stabilization Program.
Under the Program Manager, you will receive 24/7 hotline calls and coordinate clinicians to respond in person or via video within one hour to assess youth and stabilize families. This role focuses on clinical supervision, scheduling and documentation with no productivity targets during crisis-driven shifts.
This position offers traditional first shift hours with a flexible start time between 8-10am.

Under the supervision of the Mobile Response Stabilization Program Manager, the Licensed Shift Supervisor will take and assign crisis calls from the 24/7 hotline to have clinicians respond face to face (in person or via video conferencing) to high risk crisis situations within an hour to assess the youth and stabilize the family. There is no productivity expectation due to relying on crisis calls to be placed by the community.
