Position: Licensed Clinical Supervisor - CVHI

The Licensed Clinical Supervisor for the California Veterans Health Initiative (CVHI) reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services – CVHI. This individual oversees the CVHI program through clinical supervision and providing direct services. Key responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, ensuring treatment protocols and policies are followed, facilitating team meetings, developing training plans, ensuring evidence-based practices, overseeing quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and delivering evidence-based therapy to veterans and their families.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversees clinical aspects of the program and provides staff supervision and direct services.
  2. Ensures treatment compliance with protocols and policies.
  3. Leads team meetings to review caseloads and issues.
  4. Develops training and development plans for staff.
  5. Monitors and facilitates evidence-based practices.
  6. Conducts quality assurance and compliance audits.
  7. Prepares program reports and evaluations.
  8. Provides therapy to veterans and families, including assessments and referrals.
  9. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  10. Participates in weekly meetings and provides telehealth services as needed.
Qualifications
  • LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure required.
  • Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Must meet supervisor requirements by the BBS.
  • Minimum five years’ clinical experience and three years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with PTSD, veterans, and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
