Northeast Family Services, a premier mental health provider in New York, seeks an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LMHC-D) to lead Home and Community Based services staff. You will supervise, manage treatment plans in the EHR, and carry a small caseload in a hybrid work setting.

Requirements include a Master’s in social work or related field, NY licensure (LCSW preferred), and at least 2 years of supervisory experience with youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Independent NY state licensure required; LCSW preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervising clinicians in home/community settings.
• Proficiency with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred; access to reliable vehicle.

We are seeking an experienced clinician (LCSW or LMHC-D) with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor! The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision for our Home and Community Based services staff who provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for managing the direct care staff, as well as overseeing the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans.
