Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking an experienced Supervising Clinician in New York to lead and supervise clinicians who support families in home-based behavioral health services.

Hybrid work schedule is available, with language differential for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi. Competitive compensation ranges for full-time employment are listed with benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field.
• Independent NY state licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in home/community settings.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Access to secure internet required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Support Specialists.
• Manage direct care staff and oversee in-home treatment plans.
• Carry a caseload while supervising clinicians and ensuring quality services.
• Contribute to program development and supervision for licensure.

The SupervisingClinician will provide clinical supervision to our Behavior SupportSpecialists. Our Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation and rehabilitative support in a client’s home for the purpose of treating youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths! The SupervisingClinician will be responsible for the management of the direct care staff along with the content and implementation of in-home treatment plans. The SupervisingClinician will carry a case load as well as supervising the Behavior Support Specialist.
