Job summary

Northeast Family Services in New York seeks an experienced clinician (LCSW) with supervisory experience to join our growing team as a Fee-For-Service Clinical Supervisor. The role provides clinical and administrative supervision for Home and Community Based services staff delivering in-home, strength-based interventions to youth and families.

This hybrid position requires a valid NY LCSW license and leadership experience to oversee treatment plans, supervise staff, and carry a small caseload

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• LCSW - Independent NY state licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years experience supervising clinicians in home/community settings.
• Available to supervise a minimum of 3 clinicians.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle preferred.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Completing Intake Assessments
• Supporting new staff through orientation by modeling and coaching
• Completing and reviewing Treatment Plans within the Electronic Health Record
• Providing weekly clinical and task supervision to staff team members
• Modeling the process of opening new cases including initial home visit
• Carry a small caseload of at least 10 hours per week
