Job summary

Thriving Center of Psychology in New York City seeks a licensed LCSW for a full-time, hybrid schedule between our Manhattan offices and remote work. This is a salaried W2 role with benefits and a real clinical community.

You must hold an active NY LCSW license. A MSW is required, with at least 1 year of outpatient adult therapy experience. The role includes a stable caseload and collaborative clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active and clear New York LCSW license.
• Master's degree in social work (MSW).
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient settings.
• Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
• Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
• Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.

Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) on a hybrid schedule, splitting the week between our Manhattan offices and remote work. This is a W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community.

You must already hold an active, clear New York LCSW license. We are unable to accept candidates still working toward licensure at this time.

• A salary of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus.
