Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Kansas to provide remote therapy to clients via telehealth. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with a competitive salary and full benefits.

You will assess clinical and environmental factors, manage your own caseload, and collaborate with clinical staff when needed to support clients' mental health and personal well-being.

Competenze

• This role requires a Master’s in social work and an active Kansas LSCSW license in good standing.
• Experience providing behavioral health treatment is required.
• Knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning is essential.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage a remote caseload independently.

Location: Kansas

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

About the Position

This full‑time role is open to an LCSW licensed in Kansas who will provide remote therapy to clients with a variety of mental health and personal concerns. The work includes looking at both the clinical issues a client is facing and the outside factors that may be affecting their well‑being, such as family circumstances, work, housing, finances, or access to other services. You will manage your assigned cases independently while having access to clinical consultation when needed.
