Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote telehealth role based in Oklahoma. The clinician will assess mental health needs, provide evidence-based therapy, and guide treatment with clients online.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours, a salary of $115,000 to $120,000 per year, and benefits including 2 weeks PTO, health insurance, and a 401K with a 3% company match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth
• Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions
• Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans
• Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly

Job Summary:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. The LCSW will work directly with clients to assess mental health needs, deliver evidence-based care, and help guide treatment over time. This role is well suited for a clinician who values steady client contact, strong documentation, and meaningful clinical work in an online setting.
