Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited school (CSWE)
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of recent LCSW experience (within last 3 years)

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies for additional services.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to address mental health needs (PTSD, TBI, combat stress).
• Offer consultation to healthcare providers on psychosocial issues affecting patient care and compliance.
• Participate in peer review, research, and professional development.

What You Need
