Job summary

Rite of Passage in Oracle, AZ is seeking an on-site Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed approaches.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will document progress, participate in case conferences, support crisis intervention, and help ensure culturally responsive, strengths-based care for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW credential in Arizona and a master’s degree in social work or closely related field.
• Experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of individual, group, and family therapy, preferably with youth.
• Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based practices in youth-serving systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with youth, families, and teams.
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation, comply with regulatory/ethical standards, and use EHR systems.
• Capacity to manage crises and support de-escalation in safe, culturally responsive environments.
• Commitment to strengths-based, person-centered care in partnership with diverse youth and communities.
• Residential, community-based, or school-based experience is beneficial; bilingual skills are a plus.

Role Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides clinical services to youth in an on‑site setting located in Oracle, AZ. This full‑time role includes conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy using trauma‑informed approaches. The LCSW collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, including case managers, educators, and direct care staff, to coordinate services and support continuity of care. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, preparing progress reports, and participating in case conferences and treatment review meetings. The LCSW contributes to program development, offers clinical guidance to staff, and supports crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Arizona and a master’s degree in social work or a closely related behavioral health field.


• Demonstrated skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of individual, group, and family therapy, preferably with youth and adolescents.


• Experience with trauma‑informed, evidence‑based practices and familiarity with youth‑serving systems such as child welfare, juvenile justice, or behavioral health.


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for working effectively with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams.


• Ability to maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation, comply with regulatory and ethical standards, and use electronic health record systems.


• Capacity to manage crises, support de‑escalation, and contribute to safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environments.


• Commitment to strengths‑based, person‑centered care and to working in partnership with diverse youth, families, and communities.


• Previous experience in residential, community‑based, or school‑based settings is beneficial; bilingual skills are a plus.
