A mental health service provider in South Alabama seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Supervisor. The role involves direct client interaction and supervision of therapists in training. Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience with LICSW licensure and supervisor training.
• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Familiarity with Valant is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
• Comfortable working with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LMSWs working toward full licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week (including supervisees).
• Coordinate with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other staff as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations.
