Urban Health Plan's Vida Guidance Center in the Bronx seeks a Clinical Lead Manager (LCSW or Ph.D./Psy.D) to join the leadership team. You will supervise therapists, support the Director, and ensure evidence-based behavioral health services with regulatory compliance.

The role oversees documentation per OMH standards, coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams, and guides treatment planning for children through elders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required at minimum.
• NYs Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or NYS Licensed Psychologist.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred to best serve our patient populations.
• 5+ years of proven expertise in clinical therapy with the ability to supervise other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision and support for staff; monitoring performance standards and supporting needs.
• Ensures documentation compliance in accordance with OMH standards.
• Supports team-based approach to assure highest delivery of care outcomes.
• Provides timely assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and intervention; coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Determines urgency of patient's need and provides treatment for all ages.
• Provides clinical consultation in an integrated health care environment.
• Consults with Program Director/ Psychiatrist on patients not improving and participates in stepped-up care decisions.
• Maintain and build linkages with Mental Health Institutions and community resources.
• Participates in QM and CQI activities.
