You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans, and ensure adherence to ethical and insurance standards while enjoying flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology is required.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New Jersey is required.
• Eligible to supervise clinicians working toward licensure in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload (individual, couples, or family).
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per standards.
• Provide evidence-based treatment to diverse clients.
• Support incident-to billing workflows within the practice.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with insurance.
• Provide clinical consultation to clinicians as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations and clinical meetings as needed.
