Responsabilidades

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload (individual, couples, or family).
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes per standards.
• Provide evidence-based treatment to diverse clients.
• Support incident-to billing workflows within the practice.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with insurance.
• Provide clinical consultation to clinicians as appropriate.
• Participate in case consultations and clinical meetings as needed.

Role Overview

The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide outpatient therapy services while supporting clinical oversight. The psychologist will maintain a consistent therapy caseload while collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care, appropriate documentation, and adherence to insurance and ethical standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys clinical work, consultation, and contributing to a collaborative practice environment while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care- Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload providing individual, couples, or family therapy
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with insurance and clinical standards
• Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse client population
• Clinical Oversight and Collaboration- Support incident-to billing workflows within the practice
• Review clinical documentation when needed to ensure quality and insurance compliance
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to clinicians when appropriate
• Participate in case consultation and clinical meetings as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must have Doctorate in Psychology
• Must be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New Jersey
• Eligible to supervise clinicians working toward licensure in New Jersey
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical clinical standards
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
