Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Psychology and be a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New Jersey.
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy and completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team; maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active outpatient therapy caseload providing individual, couples, or family therapy.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with insurance and clinical standards.
• Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse client population.
• Support incident-to billing workflows within the practice.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure quality and insurance compliance.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to clinicians; participate in case consultation and clinical meetings.
