Job summary

Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers in Naperville, IL is seeking an Associate Therapist (Unlicensed/Provisionally Licensed) to provide CBT for anxiety to children, adolescents and adults. You will manage cases, coordinate with guardians and care teams, and ensure timely documentation and referrals where needed.

The role offers full-time hours with a base plus commission, a signing bonus, and strong training through our Clinical Training Institute.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, school counseling, or a related field leading to state licensure (LSW or LPC).
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to receive and integrate feedback in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse populations.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide child, adolescent and adult clients with CBT for anxiety-related conditions.
• Clinical management of all assigned cases and coordination with care team.
• Communicate with guardians, families, and other internal and external parties as necessary.
• Provide resources, support, and referrals to external services when appropriate.
• Coordinate crisis response for client emergencies, including coordination with outside institutions.
• Complete documentation and administrative requirements in a timely and thorough manner.
• Complete all required trainings and actively seek continuing education.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance during all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
• Actively participate in continuing education initiatives and small group supervision.
• Make positive contributions to the Practice's culture.
