Job summary

Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to supervise master level clinicians and provide direct psychotherapy and testing services. The role supports supervision, training and program development within a fast-paced, in-person Illinois practice.

The position emphasizes CBT for anxiety and related disorders across ages, with ongoing clinical staff development and crisis coordination.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist credential and licensure in Illinois.
• Experience and/or strong interest in providing clinical supervision and staff development.
• Interest in CBT for anxiety and related disorders.
• Commitment to lifelong learning, clinical growth, and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to receive feedback and collaborate in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with a minimum of 24 hours billable.
• Provide CBT for anxiety and related disorders to child, adolescent and adult clients.
• Supervise master-level clinicians and provide weekly supervision and case consultations.
• Lead training and develop clinical staff resources.
• Coordinate crisis response and collaborate with care teams and external partners.
• Complete documentation and administrative requirements promptly.
• Represent LOA culture to internal and external stakeholders.
