Job summary

Light On Anxiety Treatment Centers is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to lead clinical teams and supervise master level clinicians in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will provide psychotherapy and testing services (CBT-focused) for anxiety and related disorders, while guiding junior staff and coordinating care with families and external partners.

The role includes supervision responsibilities, on-call coverage during business hours, and involvement in ongoing clinical staff

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Psychologist credential.
• Experience or strong interest in providing clinical supervision and leadership.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time schedule with substantial billable client work and supervision duties.
• Provide CBT for anxiety and related disorders to clients across age groups.
• Supervise master level clinicians and conduct weekly supervision sessions.
• Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Oversee care coordination, crisis response, and documentation.
• Represent LOA culture and policies to internal and external stakeholders.
