Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to support clients across Arkansas via fully remote telehealth.

The role focuses on helping clients understand experiences and develop practical strategies for emotional and behavioral challenges, within a structured, ethically driven clinical setting. The ideal candidate holds an active LPC license in Arkansas, has a master’s degree in counseling, and 1+ year of post-licensure experience.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas.
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations.
• Strong written documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled individual counseling sessions through telehealth.
• Complete intake assessments and review relevant clinical history.
• Identify treatment priorities and establish clear therapeutic goals.
• Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client’s presentation.
• Monitor changes in symptoms, functioning, and overall progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and clinical records.
• Respond appropriately to changes in client needs or level of risk.
• Follow Arkansas licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics.

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to support clients across Arkansas through a fully remote counseling practice. The work is centered on helping people better understand what they are experiencing and develop practical ways to manage emotional, behavioral, and day-to-day challenges. You’ll provide steady clinical support in a structured environment where strong communication, sound judgment, and consistency in care are valued.
