Gaudenzia is seeking a licensed Clinical Director in Baltimore to lead the Park Heights Recovery Campus. The role requires an active Maryland behavioral health license and a minimum of five years in human services with two years of supervisory experience.

Competenze

• Maryland behavioral health license required (LCPC/LCADC/LCMFT/LCPAT/LCSW-C or equivalent).
• At least five years of experience in human services, with at least two years in administrative or clinical supervision.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and monitor training plans for clinical staff.
• Provide supervision of counselors and therapists and documentation (EHR, treatment entries).
• Intervene in difficult cases and approve referrals to specialized care.
• Supervise aftercare component of treatment.
