TriStar Joint Replacement Institute in Nashville is seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, ensure compliance and deliver high-quality patient care. This role emphasizes leadership, staff coaching, cost management and policy implementation to support a smooth, patient-focused workflow.

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant program graduate or practical/vocational nursing credential, plus 2+ years in a medical office with at least 1 year in supervision, CPR

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting.
• CPR Certification required.
• Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA) or active LPN/LVN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs to ensure compliance, efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned clinical areas.
• Manage staff performance and evaluations including supervising, coaching and disciplinary action for front office and clinical staff.
• Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget.
• Assist in developing/implementing cost-effective policies for billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing and space planning.

Seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

You will direct the day-to-day functions of the clinic staff and its programs and activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction

You will establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for the assigned clinical areas

Helps fiscal management and other administrative staff to develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, as well as billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning

What Qualifications you will need:

Education:

Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or a degree or diploma from an accredited school of practical or vocation nursing is required.

Experience:

A minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting is required.

A minimum of one-year previous supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting is required.

Certification/License:

CPR Certification required.

Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (Acceptable certifications are RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA certification or ABR-OE credentials) or active LPN or LVN license is required.
